Sharing Overload. I was impressed when Simone Biles shared about her struggle with mental health at the last Olympics. I think it's important to share those kinds of stories of struggle so others do not feel alone in their own efforts to deal with such difficulties. Bicycle Built For Two
Bicycling. One of my favorite activities is bicycling. Quick jaunt around the block. Miles down the bike trail. I'll take what I can get. My obsession started at a young age. Curious creatures. Seemingly solitary individuals with their carry along shelter. They don't appear to be in a hurry, enjoying the space they are in.
